Niamh is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Attention Seekers Digital, where she helps organisations attract better talent by rethinking how they approach hiring through employer branding and recruitment marketing.
At the core of her work is a genuine love for connecting people with career opportunities that are right for them, and right for the organisations they join. Niamh is deeply fascinated by the power of marketing and storytelling to shape how brands are perceived, particularly in the context of employment, where first impressions matter more than ever.
After transitioning into recruitment marketing, Niamh quickly saw a recurring challenge: talented, hard-working TA teams expected to deliver results using the same approaches they’ve always relied on – often at a growing cost, with diminishing returns. Since then, she has been on a mission to challenge the mindset of “this is how we’ve always done it” and to help business and talent leaders step back and ask a more important question: how could this work better?
Through Attention Seekers Digital, Niamh works closely with organisations to develop clear employer brands, compelling EVPs, and targeted recruitment marketing campaigns that improve hiring outcomes while reducing pressure on internal teams.
Her focus is always on building strategies that attract the right candidates earlier, create clarity before application, and ultimately save time, budget, and energy across the hiring process.
Niamh has a deep respect for the reality of talent acquisition – knowing that it’s rarely a 9–5 job. If her work can give time back to TA teams, reduce reactive hiring, and make recruitment feel more sustainable, she considers that a win.

Paddy is Co-Founder of Attention Seekers Digital, where he works at the intersection of employer branding, recruitment, and real-world hiring outcomes. With almost three decades of experience attracting key talent across complex and competitive markets, Paddy brings a deep understanding of what actually happens on the front line of hiring. Over the years, he has worked closely with organisations that struggle to attract the right people, often watching capable talent teams become overloaded, reactive, and stuck trying to solve the same problems without the support they need.
His involvement in Attention Seekers grew out of a desire to elevate how marketing and storytelling were used within recruitment. While building the brand and growth strategy for North Search, Paddy saw first-hand how powerful employer branding could be when it was done properly – not as a standalone exercise, but as something that genuinely supported recruiters and hiring managers. Meeting Niamh and seeing the depth of her thinking and capability was the catalyst to build Attention Seekers Digital together.
At the heart of Paddy’s work is a simple belief: employer branding should do the heavy lifting so talent teams can focus on what they do best. When organisations tell a clear, authentic story about who they are – even when they’re not actively hiring — they put themselves in a position to be front of mind when the right candidates are ready to move.
Coming from a recruitment background, Paddy is particularly passionate about supporting the people on the front line. He understands the pressure of delivering results, the tension between marketing and talent teams, and the frustration that comes from campaigns that generate noise but not quality. He doesn’t believe in EVPs that sit in drawers, employer branding that doesn’t connect with candidates, or attraction strategies that prioritise volume over fit.
Through Attention Seekers Digital, Paddy works with organisations to bridge the gap between brand and hiring – helping them gain confidence in their story, attract better-aligned candidates earlier, and ultimately make recruitment easier, more effective, and more sustainable. If clients walk away feeling clearer, better supported, and confident in how they show up in the market, he considers that a win.
